2. Data and purposes
We process the information you provide in an enquiry: your name, email, company or group (optional), telephone number (optional), subject and message. We also process the enquiry date, language, originating page and, where available, campaign parameters. To prevent abuse, we use technical identifiers derived from the IP address and browser. These data allow us to respond, assess your enquiry and protect the form.
3. Legal bases
Processing of the information submitted for contact is based on the consent given in the form, which you may withdraw at any time. Security and abuse prevention rely on our legitimate interest in protecting the website and enquiries received. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. If the relationship develops into an engagement, the processing required for that relationship will be addressed separately.
4. Providers and recipients
The website uses technical providers for hosting (Vercel), enquiry storage (Supabase), email delivery (Resend) and abuse prevention (Cloudflare Turnstile). Vercel Web Analytics provides usage statistics without analytics cookies. Information is made available to team members and providers who need it for the stated purposes. We do not sell your data or use them for behavioural advertising.
5. International processing
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, transfers must rely on an adequacy decision or safeguards provided for under the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses. You may request information about providers, processing locations and applicable safeguards using the contact details above.
6. Retention
Enquiries are retained while they are assessed, answered and followed up. The period depends on whether an enquiry remains active, leads to an engagement or requires retention to meet legal obligations or exercise rights. Once those needs end, the data should be deleted or anonymised. You can request information about the period applicable to your enquiry.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, where applicable, and withdraw your consent. To exercise these rights, write to the email address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD, at www.cnpd.pt. We do not use form data for solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
